Welcome to the CatNIP website.

We are a no-kill, all volunteer cat rescue and placement group. We were formed and incorporated in late October of 2006 and approved as a non-profit 501(s)(3) organization by the federal government in January of 2007.

CatNIP stands for Cat Nurturing, Information, & Placement. We nurture sick and/or injured cats and kittens back to health; provide information to potential adopters and others; and, place homeless cats with their forever families to ensure a life-long bond.
